Our Director is an experienced Executive with expertise as a Clinical Mental Health Specialist and Specialist Support Coordinator. Skilled in Health Policy, Customer Support, Mental Health, Healthcare Management, and Health Education. Strong healthcare services professional with a Bachelor of Nursing and Master’s in Health Leadership. She has a passion for bringing customer-centric thinking to the improvement of business performance.
Navigating the complexity of working collaboratively with government, corporate, not-for-profit and research sectors, Lindy has achieved tangible outcomes for NDIS participants and organisations, and repeatedly proves that win-win outcomes are attainable.
Senior Service Coordinator
Our Senior Service Coordinator is experienced in Support Coordination and currently undertaking a Masters degree. Passionate about assisting people (aged/disabled) to live comfortably and confidently in the community while turning their dreams and goals into real opportunities. Able to work well under pressure and can manage conflict whilst remaining calm and alert.
Responsive to the participants' varied needs, we thrive on strong work ethics and higher service standards.
